The Rumi Tarot
The Rumi Tarot**, based on Sufi traditions as interpreted by the medieval Persian mystic Rumi, was meticulously painted by Nigel Jackson. Rumi's poetry celebrates love and its ability to set us free, embodying the spiritual philosophy of "tawhid" – seeking union with the beloved from which we've all been separated. Nigel Jackson, a well-known artist and illustrator in the Western Esoteric Tradition, created this mystical and contemplative Tarot deck. The Rumi Tarot adheres to traditional structures with 78 cards, including the Priestess (High Priestess) and Fortitude (Strength). The four suits are Swords, Cups, Staves, and Coins, with Court cards titled King, Queen, Knight, and Page. The boxed set includes the 78-card deck, a black organdy Tarot bag, and a 312-page companion book. Jackson's focus was to create a tool for spiritual knowledge, inner guidance, and contemplation. The imagery draws from Eastern traditions, making it a captivating addition to the Tarot world
